Restoration of Services Following Cyber Incident

To All Valued Customers and Clients of KVB Global Capital Group:
We are pleased to inform you that KVB Global Capital Group (KVB) has made significant progress in restoring our systems and services following a recent cyber incident.
As of June 17, 2024, we have successfully brought back online the majority of our digital and online services. Clients can now access their accounts and conduct basic transactions.
However, we must acknowledge that there may still be some uncertainty or limitations as we continue to address any remaining issues. Certain advanced features or specialized services may not be fully operational at this time as we work to ensure the complete security and integrity of our systems.
At this time, we are not accepting new customer registrations as we focus our efforts on restoring full service for our existing clients. We understand the importance of reliable and uninterrupted service, and we deeply apologize for the disruption and inconvenience this incident has caused. Please be assured that we are making every effort to resume full service as soon as possible.
