The 2016 Phoenix Satellite TV Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant Australia Regional Grand Final came to a successful close on the evening of July 30 at The Star in Sydney. Contestant No. 8, Jessica Song, stood out among the 12 finalists and is set to represent Australia in the Global Grand Final. Since the auditions began in May, the event has attracted hundreds of contestants and has consistently drawn the attention of people from all sectors of Australian society. This time, KVB Kunlun once again joined hands with Phoenix Satellite TV to fully sponsor the Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant Australia event, supporting a cultural highlight for overseas Chinese while letting the unique charm of Chinese beauty shine across Australia.

The final night was dazzling with stars. Renowned Phoenix Satellite TV host Weichi Jialin served as the host of the Grand Final, while popular "The Voice of China" contestant Tia Ray lent her heartfelt vocals to the event. A heavyweight panel of judges led by Ms. Gao Yan, Executive Director of Phoenix Chinese Channel, provided full support, and more than 600 people from Sydney's political, economic, and business circles attended in support. Kevin Deng, KVB Kunlun Australia Director and Executive General Manager of Wealth Management, along with a number of KVB Kunlun VIP clients, were invited to attend.

That evening, the twelve contestants perfectly blended the traditional Chinese restraint and subtlety with Australian passion and vibrancy through segments including personal talent showcases, swimwear displays, quick-witted Q&A, and evening gown displays, fully demonstrating the unique elegance and charm of the Miss Chinese contestants in the Australia region.

After more than three hours of fierce competition, Contestant No. 8, Jessica Song, who has dual Chinese-Australian heritage, ultimately won the crown of the pageant, while also taking the titles of Miss Photogenic and Miss Perfect Figure. Second and third places went to Contestant No. 6, Fan Xinyu, and Contestant No. 1, Kelly Xiang, respectively.
