KVB Kunlun International's 2009 Campus Recruitment Officially Launched at AUT
Team Member

At 12:30 p.m. on August 5, KVB Kunlun International's 2009 campus recruitment was officially launched at AUT's Auckland campus. Greg Boland, President of the New Zealand company, and nearly 50 AUT students took part in the event. This was reportedly the first campus recruitment session Kunlun International held in the Auckland area, with more to follow at other Auckland universities.

The students at the event learned a great deal about KVB Kunlun International. Greg Boland and Christine, the Human Resources Manager, gave a vivid presentation covering three areas: the company's corporate culture, the student recruitment process, and how graduates can find employment. Maggie Hao, Assistant Business Manager, shared her own experience of how, as an international student with no work experience, she joined the company's management trainee program, and after training across various departments, ultimately joined the company's International Settlement Department and became the department's Assistant Manager. Her real-life story sparked great interest among the students, generating frequent interaction throughout the session.

This recruitment had no restrictions on field of study. Despite the global financial crisis, the recruitment plan increased compared with previous years, with eight internship positions alone available to meet Kunlun International's development needs. The entire recruitment process is transparent, and the tailor-made internship program for students is well established.

KVB Kunlun International's "Training Program" has continued for five years and has undoubtedly become the key to KVB Kunlun International's sustained growth and talent development. HR Manager Christine explained: "This time, Kunlun International plans to recruit management trainees in New Zealand. Work locations will be in Auckland and at company branches in five other countries. We hope to attract outstanding university talent and cultivate you into the future management professionals of KVB Kunlun International." At the same time, KVB Kunlun International also hopes to identify truly outstanding talent who align with our corporate culture, through details such as leadership ability, trust, ownership, a positive drive to win, and honesty and integrity.

It is reported that KVB Kunlun International's paper and online applications are now open and will close by the end of August, after which resume screening will take place, with results available in early September. This will be followed by telephone interviews, assessment center evaluations, and the signing of employment agreements. Staff will notify successful candidates by email or telephone.
