On Friday, September 22, 2023, the Real Estate & Home Expo 2023, hosted by the Canada China Real Estate & Investment Professionals Association (CCRPA), grandly opened at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites convention center. On that day, hundreds of attendees—including officials from all three levels of the Canadian government, representatives of the Canadian real estate industry, local business leaders and community figures, exhibitors, and media representatives—took part in the opening ceremony. This was the sixth consecutive expo held by CCRPA, and it is currently one of the largest and most professional real estate and home shows in the Greater Toronto Area. It is also the largest real estate and home exhibition and sales platform organized by the Chinese community overseas, and an annual event that the millions of ethnic Chinese in the Greater Toronto Area take great pride in.

This expo is currently the leading large-scale professional exhibition in Canada focused on real estate transactions, development, construction, investment, renovation, and home beautification between Canada and China. Through exhibitions and displays, summit forums, project negotiations, and investment matchmaking, the expo promotes the healthy development of the real estate markets in both Canada and China, and expands people's awareness and understanding of real estate market investment and development.
